That's Hwei looking particularly pleased with turning 28. For some crap reason, we miscounted the no. of candles. There's 29! Oops.

YUP...very happy to be 28! and u!! no more putting u in charge of sticking bday candles on cakes!! (let's put 30 small candles for esther's bday and see if she notices e error) hehe!
