Things that were nice today:
- I woke up before the alarm sounded off i.e. I had sufficient sleep.
- Lunch with Jeff and LL at Liang Court.
- I witnessed the miraculous resurrection of my laptop. The IT guy came with a big brush. Brushed, blew and turned my laptop upside down. Et Voila! It started up like the water spilling accident had never happened before.
Things that were not so nice today:
- My eyes were bleary from staring at the laptop all day.
- I hate dealing with mean and unprofessional people. The Seriously Terrible Boo-boo girl I dealt with happened to have both qualities. (I really felt like strangling her).
On a separate note, I improvised on the recipe for Italian Bruschetta (with tomato and basil topping) - something I ate on the last day of my Europe trip. I chopped up the tomatoes, added sesame oil, black pepper and salt, and mixed. Et Voila! Here's the original recipe I found online (http://noschwag.blogspot.com/2007/09/video-test.html). Looks yummy.
